THE CHALLENGE
SNA played a pivotal role in the launch of the Aces & Angels Celebrity Poker Tournament, hosted by The Kardashian Jenner Family at The Playboy Mansion, in collaboration with iHeartRadio (formerly Clear Channel), to support families of fallen firefighters in Southern California. Michael Eakman, the founder of Aces & Angels, joined forces with iHeartRadio, and they brought SNA on board (formerly TPGPR) to plan, craft a communications strategy, produce, and execute the celebrity-driven campaign, creating the largest charity event of the year.
The challenge they faced was the limited number of media outlets allowed on the grounds of the iconic Playboy Mansion. Despite this constraint, the team focused on generating awareness among communities with spending power and targeting eligible monetary donors through a specific demographic. To achieve this, they devised a comprehensive communications and red carpet event management strategy, ensuring media takeover for coverage of the A-list actors, comedians, music artists, reality stars, TV personalities, and professional poker players attending the event in support of fallen firefighters.

THE SOLUTION
The Aces & Angels Celebrity Poker Tournament, hosted by Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, along with Kris, Bruce, and Brody Jenner, took place at the iconic Playboy Mansion. In collaboration with iHeartRadio's 104.3MYFM radio station, the event garnered sponsorships from Simon G, CardPlayer, and CurtisCo Watches.
The announcement campaign, featured in trades and email blasts, received an overwhelming response, with hundreds of RSVP requests from A-list actors, comedians, hosts, reality stars, music artists, TV personalities, and professional poker players. SNA's exceptional coordination allowed them to secure media coverage while working closely with all parties, including the Playboy Mansion, breaking a record for having the highest number of approved media and their crews on-site.
The star-studded event saw talent attendees such as Billy Burke, Dane Cook, Derek Hough, Maria Menounos, Colby O'Donis, and Shanon Elizabeth. Additionally, SNA arranged exclusive sit-down interviews for Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Bruce Jenner with Maria Menounos and Access Hollywood.
FOX11 provided exclusive coverage of the celebrity poker tournament during the event program, giving it substantial exposure. The charity event also provided a platform for families of fallen firefighters in Southern California to share their heartfelt stories, showcasing the life-changing impact of the Aces & Angels organization.

Celebrities, media and VIPs enjoyed the all engaged in the poker tournament to raise money for this fallen firefighters initiative filled their TV screens, radios, computers, smart devices, and social feeds with the biggest charity event of the year, educating the local, regional, national and international audiences on the importance of supporting firefighters and their families, alwhile entertained with celebrity hosts and music performance by Colby O'Donis for the top 40 record Just Dance featuring Lady Gaga.
