Every Monday Matters began as a book by Matthew Emerzian and Kelly Bozza, later evolving into a nonprofit focused on inspiring individuals to make a difference. The organization addresses youth empowerment through curriculum addressing self-worth, disabilities, and mental health in school systems.

Online visibility surged with placements on Yahoo! omg!, Fashion Patrol, IMDb, and ContactMusic, while talent like Forest and Keisha Whitaker, Jesse Williams, and Monique Coleman drew red-carpet buzz.
