They needed to break through regional limitations and generate momentum that extended far beyond the flagship store. Our team mapped out an integrated communications plan that included a red carpet media launch, influencer and celebrity wrangling, and an editorial media blitz across top-tier food and entertainment platforms. This foundation allowed us to create buzz at both the local and national levels.
We then developed a robust content strategy, anchored by a custom photo shoot, and amplified by a series of seasonal commercials spotlighting Famous Cupcakes products for key holidays and special moments. These visual assets were distributed through both paid and organic channels, maximizing exposure across digital including Google, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and broadcast outlets.
To increase efficiency and drive ROI, we implemented a layered paid media plan, including targeted social and search campaigns designed to reach both loyal customers and new audiences.
